Product overview

Unifin Disclosure Portal is the UniFin platform disclosure portal for issuers, venues and registrars.

The portal takes a disclosure from the event to the market feed: check, e-signature, publication.

The duty calendar holds the rulebook terms, meetings collect the quorum from the register, and voting records the ballots.

Ballots and results become corporate history, while every action stays in the journal.

The solution runs within the UniFin platform and is configured to the rules of the issuer.

What it delivers

What the solution delivers

Disclosure registry

Publications usually live on websites and in e-mail, and the status of every message is untraceable. The solution runs the publication registry with statuses, terms and export. With the solution the market day is visible on one screen, and requests are answered. In setup filters, statuses and per-issuer history are visible, and the forms come as reference data.

Disclosure card

Versions of a message usually get lost in e-mail chains. The solution keeps the content, files, versions, signatures and the journal of the card. With the solution a message is withdrawn with a ground, and the history is kept. In setup the versions and the e-signature checks are visible, and the withdrawal rules are set in configuration.

Duty calendar

Rulebook deadlines are usually kept in the head and in the calendar of the secretary. The solution runs the duty calendar for every issuer. With the solution reminders arrive in advance, and delays cost nothing. In setup the escalations and the state of every term are visible, and the statutory terms are configured per segment.

Meetings

A meeting call usually goes by letters, and materials arrive at the last moment. The solution runs the call, the record date, the agenda and the materials. With the solution meetings run with prepared shareholders. In setup the registration and the quorum per question are visible, and the forms come from the setup.

Voting and quorum

Votes are usually counted by hand, and results are contested for weeks. The solution ties ballots to the votes held and counts the quorum by question. With the solution results are published so that they cannot be challenged procedurally. In setup the work of the counting commission and the minutes are visible, and the counting rules are part of the configuration.

Publication and feed

A publication usually goes into different channels by hand, and the trail is lost. The solution runs the check, the signature and the release into the market feed with distribution. With the solution publication follows the rulebook, and the path of every message is visible. In setup the checks and signatures are visible step by step, and the routes are set in configuration.

Roles and audit

Access control usually lives in passwords and trust. The solution runs roles from the secretary to the supervisor and the journal of every action. With the solution supervision questions are answered from the journal. In setup the history of checks and grants is visible, and the role matrix comes as reference data.

Coverage

What it covers

Filters, statuses, export; versions, e-signature check and withdrawal with a ground.

Terms and reminders

The duty calendar per issuer with advance notices and escalation.

Stand

Screens of the solution

The disclosure feed, the registry and the meeting workspace.

How it works

From an event to the minutes in five steps

The disclosure day: event and card, deadlines, meeting, voting, feed.

  1. 1

    The event is registered

The draft comes from the form; the rulebook sets the deadline.

  2. 2

    The check and the signature

Legal review passes the files; the secretary signs.

  3. 3

    Publication into the feed

The disclosure reaches the feed right after the signature.

  4. 4

The meeting runs on the register

The agenda opens to holders; the quorum follows the record date.

  5. 5

    Voting and the minutes

Ballots are counted; the minutes are signed within the term.

Industries

Industries it serves

The portal serves issuers and their secretaries, venues and registrars, boards, shareholders, the supervisor and the media.

Corporate / issuer

Market access for producers and issuers: auctions, deliveries, tokenised assets and data.

Regulator / supervisor

Surveillance evidence, market analytics and reporting built from live transaction data.

Architecture

Architecture and access

The architecture rests on the solution services. The portal BFF, the disclosure and term service, the meeting suite, voting, signatures and versions, the feed and the journal.

Service suite

The portal BFF, disclosures, meetings, voting, signatures, the feed and the journal.

External suites stay external

The depository register, corporate actions, the supervisor gateway and notifications connect as adapters and reconciliations.

Multi-region and DR

Active-active read with replicas and a DR region for Tier-0; Active-Passive clusters allowed.

Extend without touching the core

A new disclosure type or meeting form connects through base services: the core stays still.

AI layer

The AI layer drafts disclosure texts and meeting summaries; people approve every publication.

Technology stack

Runtime and backend: Java 21 (LTS), Spring Boot 3.5.16, Spring Cloud 2025.0.3, Gradle, Flyway 10.15.

Data: PostgreSQL 17, Redis 7 with Sentinel, RabbitMQ 3.13 with the transactional outbox.

Portals: Next.js 16.3.3, React 19, TypeScript 5; Onest typography and two themes.

Delivery: Kubernetes and Helm, Vault secrets, Prometheus and Grafana, Docker Compose for pilots.

Signatures: the e-signature check and a hash chain of document versions.

Disclosures and the feed

  • An event becomes a record: the form template, the legal check, the e-signature and the market feed.
  • The registry of 42 issuers with statuses, deadlines and export; the feed is open to subscribers and the supervisor.
  • Versions and signatures with a hash chain; a withdrawal with a ground stays in history.
  • Publication within 15 minutes of the signature; 96% on time for the quarter.

Terms and the duty calendar

  • Statutory duties and rulebook terms per issuer; material facts within 1 business day.
  • T-7 and T-1 reminders reach the secretary; a slip escalates to the venue operator.
  • Quarter discipline on one screen: the on-time share, slips and the report.
  • The rules are configured for the venue rulebook, not hard-coded.

Meetings and voting

  • The call and the record date go into the feed; the agenda and materials open to holders 10 days ahead.
  • Registration follows the register; the quorum is counted on the record date.
  • Ballots are tied to the votes held; the counting commission fixes the results.
  • The minutes and results are published within 3 business days.

Architecture

  • Built from the platform core: disclosure-ms, meetings-ms, voting-ms and the notification suite.
  • The portal BFF keeps roles, routing and audit; a window knows only its own calls.
  • The depository register, corporate actions and the supervisor feed connect as adapters and reconciliations.
  • Scaling adds nodes: Patroni, RabbitMQ quorum queues and Redis clusters.

Integrations and access

  • OpenAPI for every service; the supervisor feed is signed and reproducible.
  • Single sign-on: Keycloak 26.1, OIDC, roles and MFA for secretaries and the board.
  • Evidence by default: every check, signature, publication and withdrawal is journaled for 5 years.
